It was good value for money as the room was very spacious and the bathroom facilities were better than we were expecting. The location was good as well, being close to the beach and the town.
The breakfast was basic and the cooked options did not look very appetising, but as it was a buffet, we still found enough to eat. Also, the decor was a bit dark and needed some lighter colours.

the location was good-very near the beach and not far from the town centre
it showed the pool but when we got there the pool was closed as the season had finished-mid october and 23 degrees, also no mention on the website of this-the rooms were not warm and there was no hot air con because it was not winter yet-but the pool was closed!

The hotel is centrally located, just a 2-minute walk from the promenade and beaches. There is an amazing waterfront place called San Sebastian Churreria for a great Spanish breakfast. the room is modern, clean, and spacious with enough power points, a hairdryer, and toiletries. the reception team, including Gonzalo and Christina, are all amazing, helpful, kind. it has been an amazing stay in terms of location, breakfast, and service.
Felt really comfortable, nothing too much trouble.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room I stayed in was incredibly cosy and had a lovely view of the garden. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave! The staff at this hotel were amazing, especially Cristina, David, and Amelia. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and were super helpful, kind, and polite. The hotel's location was perfect, being very close to the seafront and within walking distance of everything. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided in the room, such as air conditioning and a balcony. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast that was served every morning!
Nothing to improve, everything was perfect!

As a backpacker, I loved the friendly reception staff who always greeted me with a smile. the hotel is new and modern, with clean and well-equipped rooms. the location is fantastic, with the beach, cafes, and a supermarket close by. the mini fridge in the room was a great substitute for a mini bar, perfect for keeping drinks and snacks. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this value-for-money hotel.
Felt special, no complaints.
